Your results came back "normal." That should concern you more than it reassures you.

For founders, executives and people whose output is the business. 'Normal' is a population average, not a performance target. Calibre works in the gap between the two: your bloodwork from accredited laboratories, your wearable data, and a protocol built around the specific changes that move your numbers.

Clinically normal is not the same as well

Standard medical reference ranges are designed to identify disease, not to optimise performance. A result within the normal range can still represent a meaningful performance deficit. Low-normal testosterone, early insulin resistance, and poor aerobic fitness all fall within 'acceptable' on a standard blood test while quietly degrading cognition, energy, and recovery. The gap between clinically normal and genuinely optimal is where most high-performing professionals spend their careers.

What the engagement includes

Three tiers, three jobs: Bronze monitors, Silver corrects, Gold runs it for you. See the tiers →

  • A WHOOP band, set up around how you actually live, from day one.
  • Your first blood panel, drawn and analysed by an accredited laboratory, read against performance ranges rather than disease thresholds.
  • A written protocol across sleep, metabolic health, movement, circadian alignment and supplementation, sequenced so the highest-return changes come first.
  • A contraindication and drug-interaction screen on every recommendation before it reaches you.
  • Retesting on a fixed schedule, and a protocol that changes as your data does.
  • 14 days of continuous glucose monitoring alongside your first panel.
  • Blood draws at your home or office, booked for you.
  • A results readout call within 4 weeks of your draw, where we walk you through what we found and recommend a tier.

Gold retests every eight weeks. Silver quarterly. Bronze every six months.

Rolling monthly. Cancel any time. We recommend 90 days to see results.

How Calibre Works

The rigour is in the system.

STEP 01

A free 15-minute call

A free 15-minute call with James Burokas, who leads every client. We talk through your goals, your current state and whether Calibre is the right fit. If it isn't, we'll say so.

STEP 02

The Audit

One fixed fee for the full diagnostic: a blood panel processed by an accredited laboratory and read against performance ranges rather than disease thresholds, 14 days of continuous glucose monitoring, your WHOOP, and a results readout. The Audit fee is non-refundable.

STEP 03

Draws, CGM and WHOOP

A phlebotomist visits your home or office for the draw and fits your 14-day glucose sensor. Your WHOOP is set up around how you actually live, so your baseline builds while the results come back.

STEP 04

Results readout within 4 weeks

Within 4 weeks of your draw we walk you through every result on a readout call, agree your 90-day measurement plan and recommend the tier that fits what the data shows.

STEP 05

Your monthly programme

Your written protocol, screened for contraindications and drug interactions before it reaches you, with retests on your tier's schedule. It is tracked against your data over time and refined as your numbers change. Rolling monthly; cancel any time.

Who's behind it

Calibre was founded by two best friends who met in church before either of us could drive. We built the system we couldn't find: structured, evidence-referenced, screened for safety, and tracked against your results. We don't ask you to trust us. We ask you to look at the system.

Ready to Begin?

The first step is a free 15-minute call with James Burokas, who leads every client. We'll walk through your current training, nutrition, sleep, and routine, and show you exactly how the protocol would target your output, recovery, and long-term health.

We take a limited number of clients each quarter; the diagnostic and tracking work is intensive.
